1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for all activity under your account. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms in your location, and if you are under the legal age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Coaching Scope and No Medical Advice

Coaching, instruction, and feedback are educational in nature and do not constitute medical, physical therapy, or mental health advice. Always consult qualified professionals before starting or modifying training if you have injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns.

3. Assumption of Risk and Release

Martial arts and athletic training involve inherent risk of injury, illness, disability, and property damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume these risks and release Morgan Wilson Jiu Jitsu and its affiliates from claims arising from your participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Payments, Billing, and Subscription Terms

Paid services may include one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. Pricing, renewal terms, and included features are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize payment processing through third-party providers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered or access has been granted. You are responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

5. User Content, Footage, and License

You retain ownership of footage and content you submit. You grant Morgan Wilson Jiu Jitsu a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and display submitted content solely to provide the purchased coaching and related support services.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit content, including permissions from any identifiable persons where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, instructional materials, branding, and service materials are owned by Morgan Wilson Jiu Jitsu or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from paid materials without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, violate others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services for harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Services may change over time. Features may be added, removed, paused, or discontinued. Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made regarding specific competitive, training, health, or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan Wilson Jiu Jitsu is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Morgan Wilson Jiu Jitsu from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or conduct that creates legal or safety risk. Sections that reasonably should survive termination remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Morgan Wilson Jiu Jitsu operates, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. You agree to attempt informal resolution before filing formal legal claims.
