About Morgan

I'm Morgan Wilson, an active competitor and coach at 10th Planet Sacramento. My biggest focuses are in no-gi jiu jitsu: guard play, leg locks, and the modern submission grappling game.

I'm always looking to improve my own game and, just as importantly, how I can bring more value to my students. Every match I compete in and every round I coach feeds back into the way I teach.

When I started, it was hard to find female training partners my size and harder to find women coaching at the level I wanted to learn from. I'm building the resource I wish I'd had: real coaching, real review, and a real community where women in BJJ can find each other.

I work with hobbyists who just want to stop getting smashed, and with serious competitors building toward worlds. The work is the same either way: watch the footage, find the patterns, fix what's actually broken.
